The studio work for PMB Kids was cheerful, colourful and enjoyed by our colleagues’ children. The goal was to promote children’s overalls. Our task was product photography of overalls. We needed excellent photos for the web, but we also wanted materials to create social content for Facebook, Instagram, flyers and billboards. Therefore, we chose to shoot in front of a white background. We wrote a case study about this.
The project to promote the startup Koseca Barnyard consisted largely of extensive copywriting. We emphasized that although the selling price of products is higher than, let’s say, what we are used to at supermarkets, it is worth people’s effort to return to honest local meat production —especially with the meat whose origin is evident.
Quality copy content needed beautiful photos. We have fond memories of this remarkable studio shooting. We tried many combinations of food props styling to convey the idea—simple is beautiful.
Notice that we used natural looking props. A woven cloth, various spices, coarse-grained salt, sprigs of rosemary and thyme, tomatoes, grapes, garlic, onions or mustard seeds—all created a wonderful backdrop. At the end of the photoshoot, we had the opportunity to taste the photographed products – they tasted exquisite!

Photography for Taiga Fashion showcases the possibilities you have when getting photographic content for your e-commerce site. The client asked us if we could help spearhead her new e-shop. For this, we needed quality photos of the current collections from the store and thematic images. Suppliers don’t usually offer the later ones, so we offered to photograph them.
We carried out the photography in three phases: photographing the current range of handbags, photographing selected combinations of dresses—both realized on a white background in our studio and then photographing selected varieties downtown with a model.
Portrait photography of the two clever founders of the KOLATCH startup was a typical example of how we create business portraits. A good one should have different qualities than an artistic one, which might be more usable, for instance, in a private profile on a social network.

We shoot photos of both clients in front of several backgrounds, and we chose the best image from each set. The white background works excellent on websites with light backgrounds; it could be easily and cleanly removed if the need arises. The grey background is almost as easy to mask away, creating a neutral edge for most coloured backgrounds and replacing the background with any colour. A portrait on a black background reigns superb on dark websites or banners.
